How can I make my reservation?
You can reserve a spot on a Go Ahead tour online by clicking here or by accessing the online reservation form for any tour on our Destinations page. You can also enroll over the phone with one of our tour consultants at 1-800-590-1170.

When should I make my reservation? Can Go Ahead hold a spot for me?
We recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible to guarantee a spot on the tour and to lock in the current tour price. Many of our travelers reserve their trips six to nine monthsin advance. If you would like us to hold a spot for you, please call us at 1-800-590-1170 to make a 72-hour risk free deposit of $300 deposit per person for land tours or a $450 deposit per person for Land & Sea tours or cruises.

Can I reserve my vacation with Go Ahead through a travel agent?
You may use a travel agent to book your tour; however, we prefer to work directly with our customers to ensure they receive the best possible service. Our Tour Consultants are very knowledgeable about all of our tours and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Can I be put on a waiting list if the trip I requested is sold out?
Please call a tour consultant at 1-800-590-1170 to discuss your options. We will do our best to accommodate your request or offer additional departure dates we may have added that might work with your schedule.

Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
Due to restrictions with our suppliers, we cannot allow transfers of reservations.

When is it too late to reserve a space on a tour?
It is never too late to reserve a tour! However, a reservation within 70 days of departure (90 days for cruises), is considered a late reservation. Late reservations may be subject to additional costs that are incurred from our suppliers, and space is subject to availability. For late reservations, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Does Go Ahead accommodate solo travelers?
Absolutely! If you would like to stay in a single hotel room, there is an additional supplement, which can be found on each tour page in our Destinations section. If you have questions about traveling solo with Go Ahead, please call us at 1-800-590-1170.
